What are the payment options for membership and/or how do I pay?

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Answer
Yes absolutely you can but we will be sad to see you go.
To unsubscribe you simply hit “change plan” at the bottom of your profile page in the membership area. Then if you click on “cancel membership” you will unsubscribe and cancel your membership.
What happens once I become a member?
Answer
Once you have made your payment you can expect a welcome letter email. This will have your login details and also a helpful video tutorial that clearly explains and outlines the steps required to start you on this amazing journey with us. If you do not receive this please make sure you check your spam/junk folder.
You will then receive a second email which is an invoice of your payment for your records.
Will I receive email support and when can I expect a reply?

How do I know what fitness level I am to ensure I get the right program written for me?
Answer
This is important as your exercise program will be tailored specifically to your level and goals. If you have not been exercising at all the last 6 – 12 months and are wanting to start again on your journey, then I recommended choosing the “beginner” level.
If you have been exercising lately at a moderate level 2-3 times a week but now wanting to step things up, I recommend choosing the “intermediate” level.
If you have been exercising anywhere between 3 – 5 times a week and you are now wanting to get to the next level, I recommend you choose the “advanced” level
I have to choose the option to "BULK UP or 'SHRED DOWN" what if I want to do both?
Answer
I understand in an ideal world doing both of these would be great. But you have to understand from a science point of view adding weight/bulking you need to be in a calorie SURPLUS and leaning down/losing weight you need to be in a calorie DEFICIT.
Therefore you need to choose what is most important to you so I can tailor everything accordingly and get you the RESULTS you want.
What if I do not have access to a gym can I still become a SQ Fitness member and follow my tailored training program from home?
Answer
Absolutely you can, your exercise program will be tailored to you which means you can either complete the program from the comfort of your own home OR from a gym, it’s completely up to you.
What if is there is an exercise/piece of equipment in my tailored training program that my gym does not have?
Answer
No problem, that’s why we have created a data base of over 200+ exercises that you will have access to. Each exercise comes with pictures and an instructional video.
For example if your gym doesn’t have a ‘bicep preacher curl machine’ simply swap it out for another bicep exercise that we have in our ‘ALL EXERCISES’ area.
You will never run out of ideas again!
Will I need to buy any special equipment if I am exercising from home?
Answer
Most of your tailored HOME program will be written out consisting of pre-dominantly body weight exercises where you will not require any equipment. However you will also need a kettle bell and a light pair of dumb bells to complete the program to ensure you have more variety and get better results.
I am a BEGINNER, will my 'exercise program' and the 'all workouts' section be easy to follow?

This is the best part every single workout will have pictures, tips, explanations, sets, reps and rest periods all written out for you and will be easy to follow and also designed to function on all devices.
Every single exercise also has an instructional “how to” video attached with voice over so you will never be confused about your form/technique again.

Will the custom meal plan be personalized to my individual goals?

Absolutely which is important why you provide details correctly in your questionnaire form as everything will be written out 100% specific and custom to YOU.
I get bored with my food easily will there be variety in my custom meal plan?
Answer
I have lived and breathed this lifestyle now for over 10 years and I know how important having variety with your food is.
You will have access to an amazing amount of variety in your meal plan this way you will never run out of ideas and get bored with your food again, all while getting the RESULTS you want!
I am a vegetarian and/or gluten free can I get a meal plan custom to me?

Absolutely we have vegan and gluten free meal plans available.

HIIT
Answer
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training which is an enhanced form of exercise where there are more intense bursts of exercise and less recovery periods. These are designed to help torch the fat and fast track your results!
TABATA
Answer
Tabata is an intense form of exercise where it is designed for you to work as hard as you possibly can for 20 seconds then have 10 seconds off and you follow this structure for a certain amount of time.
Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if you’re short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want to improve your endurance and speed.
Plyometrics
Answer
Plyometrics, also known as “jump training” or “plyos”, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).
Reps
Answer
This is the amount of times you perform the movement within each SET!
Sets
Answer
This is the amount of times you have to complete each rounds of reps so an example might be 10 reps of bicep curl for 4 sets.
This means you complete each round of 10 reps for a number of 4 times so all up you would complete 40 reps by the time you have finished.
Super Sets
Answer
This is when you go from one movement STRAIGHT to the next with no rest. An example of this might be to perform a ‘barbell bicep curl’ then SUPER SET this with ‘cable tricep extensions’. You perform BOTH movements BEFORE you rest.
Tri Sets
Answer
This is when you go from one movement STRAIGHT to the next and again STRAIGHT to the next. This means you complete three (3) in total with no rest.
An example of this might be ‘barbell bicep curl’ SUPER SET with ‘Dumb Bell bicep curls” SUPER SET with ‘cable bicep straight bar curl’.
You perform ALL THREE movements in a row before you rest.
Giant Sets
Answer
This is when you perform four (4) or more movements in a row before you rest. Brutal pain and lots of fun!
Drop Sets
Answer
This is when you perform a set and then with no rest you IMMEDIATELY drop the weight down and go straight away again
Pyramid Sets
Answer
This is when you start high in reps at the top of the pyramid and work your way down. An example would be to start at 50 reps and work your way down to 10 and every time you change the exercise you take 10 reps off. A great way to be challenged and feature a lot in the workouts in order to get RESULTS.
Circuits
Answer
This is when you perform a long list of exercise in a row with next to no rest in between.
An example might be ‘kettle bell swing’, ‘kettle bell squat press’, ‘kettle bell row’, ‘push ups’, ‘squats’ and ‘dips’.
You would perform each of these exercises in the CIRCUIT in a row with next to no rest. At the END of the circuit you would rest for the allocated time and then go around again.
Great way to burn fat and stay lean and toned.
Rest Periods
Answer
This is how long you rest in between EACH SET! It is important you stick to this precisely as this is how we increase your training intensity in order to get results.
