Ingredients

  • 100g WHEY protein powder (chocolate will taste best)
  • 50g almond meal/flour
  • 50g coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon natural nut spread
  • 50g cocoa
  • Cold water

Method

  • Start by combining all the ingredients into one large bowl except for the water.
  • From here you want to mix the ingredients together and gradually add in a small amount of water as you go until it has it has a dough like consistency.
  • Now form small round balls and roll them in additional coconut.
  • Refrigerate and then serve.
  • Will make approximately 15 – 20 balls

Calories per serve: 95 (per serve and ingredients serve 15 – 20)
