Ingredients
- 100g chocolate WHEY protein powder
- 50g almond meal/flour
- 50g coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon natural nut spread
- 50g cocoa
- Cold water
Method
- Start by combining all the ingredients into one large bowl except for the water.
- From here you want to mix the ingredients together and gradually add in a small amount of water as you go until it has a dough like consistency.
- Now form small round balls and roll them in additional coconut.
- Refrigerate and then serve.
- Will make approximately 15 – 20 balls.
