Ingredients

  • 100g almond spread
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
  • Handful of goji berries

Method

  • Mix almond spread, coconut oil and banana together with a spoon
  • Now add chia seeds.
  • Then mix in rest of the ingredients and press into a lined tray with baking paper and place in freezer for 1-2 hours to set!
  • Serve and enjoy!
