If you follow me on Snap chat or Instagram (Username: ‘SQ_FITNESS’) every day you will see I eat foods like bagels, frozen sorbet, bread, sauces, and 100’s and I mean 100’s of grams of carbs…. And yes at certain times through-out the week I even eat burgers, fries and ice cream too.
So how can you have abs and still eat all the foods you love? You have to be smart and learn the importance of adhering to your daily macro requirements each day then calculating these foods you enjoy into your daily or weekly plan.
On top of that you need to train HARD and make resistance weight training your priority and then use cardio as an ace card up your sleeve if you need it to help burn extra calories along the way.
So in summary guys you CAN eat the foods you love and enjoy each day you just need to be smart.

2. Fill your week up MOSTLY with whole foods that nourish your body.
3. Hit your daily macro nutrient requirements each day ensuring you get enough protein in to build muscle.
4. Don’t ever limit yourself from the foods you love and still eat them in a controlled manner through-out the week in moderation.
