One of the most common reasons people fail when it comes to their “diet”. I see this all the time in fact I was having a discussion with a friend about this just last night.

DON’T RESTRICT YOURSELVES FROM THE FOODS YOU LOVE THE MOST!

I am sorry I had to scream that but I wanted to get my point across. This is by far the quickest way to fail in this game. If you love certain foods then cutting them out completely is only going to make you irritable, crave them even more and then lead you to cheating and breaking diet.

I have been in this game a very long time and one of the reasons why I succeed is I have invested in gaining more knowledge in how to structure all the foods I love into my daily meal plan.

For example each day I eat bagels, frozen sorbet, bread, protein mousse (Yum), jam, peanut butter and then on the weekends I NEVER stop my self from eating Ice Cream, Burgers, Pizza and Donuts to name a few.

I literally don’t cut any foods out of my week, if I want something I eat it. Now it’s important we be smart and not just go crazy eating all the foods we want unfortunately it doesn’t work like that lol. We need to factor and tailor each specific food into our daily macro and nutritional guidelines. I always aim to get within a 5% range of my numbers and then I’m all set to eat what i want completely guilt free.

Remember in this game we must shift our mind set from “WHAT” to eat to get lean  and instead shift it to “HOW MUCH”. It’s important to understand no certain foods get you lean. There are no foods that are “magic” foods that no one else knows about to get shredded it all comes down to having the knowledge, discipline and consistency to factor certain foods into your plan.

I have acquired all this knowledge in my 13+ years in this game to make people’s lives easier. I am grateful I am now in a position where I help 100’s of people each and every week.
