- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tomato diced
- 1 tablespoon salt reduced BBQ sauce
Method
- Start by combining all ingredients into one bowl and mix evenly
- Form 2 round flat burgers
- Refrigerate to set the burgers for 1-2 hours
- Grill or BBQ the burgers until golden brown make sure they are cooked evenly
- Serve with garden salad or grilled vegetables
