Ingredients

  • 200g extra lean premium beef mince
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt reduced BBQ seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tomato diced
  • 1 tablespoon salt reduced BBQ sauce

Method

  • Start by combining all ingredients into one bowl and mix evenly
  • Form 2 round flat burgers
  • Refrigerate to set the burgers for 1-2 hours
  • Grill or BBQ the burgers until golden brown make sure they are cooked evenly
  • Serve with garden salad or grilled vegetables
