WATERMELON SALAD (GLUTEN FREE AND LOW SUGAR)

INGREDIENTS
– Watermelon
– Grilled Halloumi (half packet)
– Avocado (half)
– Basil leaves
– Lime
– Cracked black pepper and sea salt

METHOD
– Cut up watermelon, avocado, basil and put on a plate.
– Cut up halloumi and grill on fry pan until golden brown.
– Put on top of prepared salad, and squeeze lime over it.
– Finish with sea salt and cracked pepper
