- Thin rice cake (1 is 28 calories) with jam (1 tablespoon is 30 calories) TOTAL CALORIES = 58
- Greek Yogurt (1 Yoplait container) TOTAL CALORIES = 150
- Grilled Cauliflower (1 cup is 25 calories) sprinkled with parmesan cheese YUM (20g is roughly 37 calories) and pink rock salt TOTAL CALORIES = 62
