- Barbell row 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
- Reverse grip lat pull down 4 sets of 12 – 15 reps with the last set a triple drop set.
- Incline bench 2-hand DB row 4 sets of 15 – 20 reps focus on a 2 second squeeze at the top of each rep.
- Single arm machine row 4 sets of 10 – 12 reps
- T-bar row choose a HEAVY weight here for 4 sets of 6 – 8 reps with the last set a triple drop set.
- To finish 4 sets of 15 – 20 reps on seated cable closed grip row.
