I have just recently started taking a cold shower each morning. I had heard of people doing this and I knew there were some major benefits from it, so I thought I would give it a go.
Here is what I felt after a few days of doing this.
- I found myself looking forward to the cold shower as it instantly made me feel ALIVE, rejuvenated and that I didn’t need a coffee
- I felt like I had more energy throughout the day
- I felt alert all day. I found I was a better communicator and listener. I didn’t lose concentration easily
- I felt healthier and happy
- It was good for my muscle soreness from the gym
I am really looking forward to continuing this to see what else comes from it.
