CHOCOLATE PROTEIN COOKIES
(Makes 18-24 cookies)
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour (or 1 1/3 cups oats processed in a food processor into flour)
3 scoops of UPS protein powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 egg whites
1/2 of a ripe banana
1 tsp agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Flatten dough balls. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove immediately to cooling rack. Cool completely.
