Ingredients
- 100g gluten free instant oats
- 90g vanilla/ peanut butter protein powder
- 4 large bananas
- 1 can chick peas (rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 4 tbsp natural sweetener
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 chopped double choc chunk quest bar
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C and line a 8 x 8″ brownie tin with baking paper.
- Place all the ingredients, except the choc chips, in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the quest bar (save a few for the top).
- Pour the blondie mix into the tin and sprinkle the remaining choc chips over the top.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
